Do I need to belong to a gym to do the workouts in the program?
If you have a gym membership, your custom workouts can be designed for that equipment. You can also do a hybrid of workouts at the gym and at home. If you don't have a gym membership, that's totally ok! Home workouts are great, too!
Can I do this program if I already have a workout program?
Absolutely. The comprehensive coaching around mindset, habits, nutrition, hormones, and sleep is transformative. You may want to do the workouts because they are tailored to change your body composition.
